Greg CarterGreg Carter has 14 years experience as an entrepreneur in the insurance and legal service industries. His first company in 1992 was Best Texas Insurance, a P&C independent agency with seven locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area.

Since 1995, Mr. Carter’s former career was in legal services where he owned and operated multiple legal service bureaus in Dallas, Texas and Denver, Colorado. In 2006 he moved to New York City, the largest litigation community in the country, to work with Merrill Corporation – Legal Services Division and eMag Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Engineer/Senior Consultant covering New York, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Boston, Delaware, and Philadelphia.

Mr. Carter has consulted on over a thousand cases in at least one phase of the litigation life-cycle. He possesses a BBA in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University and continues to develop as an entrepreneur, individual, and company leader. As a committed citizen, he is involved in community, local and national charities, and social entrepreneurship.

Phill Young | PresidentPhill Young has been a serial entrepreneur and independent businessman in the Dallas area since 1989. With broad experience in business startup and management with a primary focus on business operations, Mr. Young has extensive expertise in market analysis and development, facilities management, sales, revenue forecasting, sales force and employee training, policy and procedure development, and customer relations. Mr. Young currently owns two companies in the alcohol and drug treatment industry: First Step Counseling and MedPro Treatment Centers. First Step Counseling was founded in 1990 and is currently the largest outpatient-only, substance-abuse treatment center in Texas. MedPro Treatment Centers was formed in 2008 and is located in McKinney, Texas.

Mr. Young also owns P.J. Properties, LLC that owns various commercial retail buildings throughout Dallas. Over the past decade he has also been involved in the startup and sale of businesses in the telecommunications industry as well as oil and gas production.

Mr. Young received his Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Finance from the University of Texas, Dallas in 1988 and graduated Cum Laude. He is a proven leader capable of taking a concept to startup and building the idea into a successful and profitable venture through careful implementation and execution.

John Moreno | SVP – National Sales Director

J John Moreno | SVP - National Sales Directorohn Moreno is the former President of Leavitt Health Benefits Group and has been working in the employee benefits industry since 1978, specializing in large accounts, associations, and public entities. Before joining the Leavitt Group, Mr. Moreno served as the Employee Benefits Practice Leader of HUB International and was also the Southern California Regional Benefits Manager. Prior to HUB, he was the National Benefits Practice Leader at USI. Mr. Moreno has owned his own consulting agency as well as worked for national firms Sedgwick and Marsh & McLennan/Mercer.

He has a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah. Mr. Moreno brings a diverse background of industry experience to our team. His technical expertise, strong leadership, and organizational skills within the industry is of great benefit to our organization and clients.

Quentin English | New York Regional Director

Quentin EnglishQuentin English brings 25 years of business experience to CY, from start-up companies to major corporations, agency & client side work.

He has worked in high level marketing roles at The Walt Disney Company and most recently spent 7-years at Citibank where he was a SVP of Branding and Advertising.

As a Worldwide Account Director at Ogilvy Interactive, he was responsible for the rollout of American Express websites and enhancements in 17 international markets.

Mr. English has a B.A.(Hons.) in Business from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK), and a  Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He also studied at Dijon Business School, France.

In his spare time he runs the popular New York online community ‘Quentin’s Friends’
